What I have to do with it

This page exists so that nobody has to go looking. Everything I hold, run or earn from is on it — in full, before anyone asks.

What I hold

I hold Nano. I have held Bitcoin and Ethereum for years and still do. So I am not neutral, and you should read everything on this site with that in mind.

I will not tell you what to buy, and there is no sentence on this site or in the book that advises you to buy anything — not because I am being careful, but because I do not know where any price is going and neither does anybody else.

What I run

|---|---|

nano.auctionan auction house that accepts Nano. It is mine. Where the book mentions it as an example, the same note stands next to it
A free help desk for beginnersquestions about wallets, recovery phrases, self-custody. It is free, it sells nothing — and I may stop running it. If it disappears, what stays is the requirement it was meant to fill, not the service
A free signal channela small script follows one rule and posts what it sees. Free, no paid tier, nothing executed automatically. I follow the signals myself
Setup as a paid serviceI set up wallets and payment acceptance for people and businesses, and I charge for it. That is the part of this site that earns money

Where I earn a commission

One link on this site carries a referral key: the swap service, marked affiliate link wherever it appears. If you swap through it, I receive a share.

I use it.

is not a loophole, it is the point of saying this out loud.

Every other name on this site — wallets, the foundation, directories, other services — brings me nothing. No agreement, no commission, no arrangement.

What I am not

This is not an official site. It has no connection to the Nano Foundation or to any other publisher of the system it writes about. Nobody has authorised it, nobody has reviewed it, and nobody pays for it.

That is not a shortcoming. It is the reason the book can contain a chapter about an exchange that lost its users' money, and another about why the whole thing has not caught on.

Why you are reading this at all

Because the alternative is worse. Anyone who writes about a payment system and also runs a business on it has a conflict — the only question is whether he says so himself or waits for someone else to find it.

I would rather you knew it from me, on the second page, than from a stranger in a comment.
